In this interactive workshop, we will explore the art of self-seduction through breathwork, mirror work, and meditation. By tuning into our bodies, we can cultivate a deeper connection with ourselves and unlock a new level of confidence and self-love. Through guided exercises and reflective activities, you'll have the opportunity to reconnect with your body and tap into your innate sexiness. You'll leave the workshop with practical tools and a renewed sense of empowerment, ready to embrace your own unique beauty and power.

About Sydney

Sydney is a queer Latinx Sex & Relationship Coach, passionate about breaking down sexual shame and elevating self-confidence through their work at In Our Nature. With a focus on sexual wellness and self-discovery, she helps her clients unlock their most fulfilling sexual and sensual experiences. They’re a supportive, non-judgmental guide, committed to helping people find their inner power and live their best intimate lives.

Wear clothing that allows you to feel comfortable, empowered or expressive. This is not a play party and all guests will be encouraged to come in clothing that comfortable and/or expressive in ways that feel good to them but required to keep under garments on and pelvic area covered.
