Every Cuddle Lab reminds me why I created this space in the first place.

I'm incredibly excited to invite you to our 3rd installment of The Cuddle Lab—a guided experience where adults can explore platonic touch, communication, consent, and boundaries in a safe, welcoming, and fully facilitated environment.

This isn't about romance.

It's about discovering what it feels like to communicate your needs, honor your boundaries, receive care, and create connection through presence and choice.

Whether this is your first time or you've been waiting for the right moment to join us, you'll be welcomed exactly as you are. Every activity is optional, and you're always encouraged to move at your own pace.

I'm so grateful for everyone who has trusted this experience over the past two gatherings, and I can't wait to welcome another group into the lab.
