Recent participants reflected the practice fills a gap in understanding more about how to move with others- encouraging empathy, self awareness, and energetic attunement.

It’s not about doing a certain kind of dance~ there are no "steps"~ you can be as close or spacious in how you dance with others (touch possible but not required)… AND it helps build more confidence in dancing with others as a social healing practice to unify and uplift our personal and collective intentions.

Please arrive on time and $20 is appreciated ~ but don’t let money be a barrier! This first practice will help inform the community and the vision is to practice regularly together...
