The Feels WKNDR SF 2026

A 2-day workshop meets…cute!?

// about \\

We have spent 4 years at the frontlines of modern dating: researching, writing, hosting, coaching, matchmaking, studying, conversing, facilitating, guiding.

From time spent, we have concluded that modern dating is broken.

Further - we believe that technology + relating do not go together; AI-driven dating apps are coming for you, and we want to stop them.

To do that, we seek to rewire how we’re pairing off, how we’re showing up for each other, and we teach new tools for staying nervous system regulated.

It goes without saying that if any of this resonates, we’d really like to host you for a 2 day event that will:

  • Help you better understand the current modern dating landscape + how we arrived into this moment, so you can see its not your fault;
  • Guide you into being more connected to your own inner systems of knowing - thoughts, emotions, body, inner wisdom/intuition;
  • Give you real-life tools for better meets + better dates + more vulnerable connects;
  • Send you out on a date w a fellow participant to practice new tools in real time;
  • Drop you into embodied connection w your fellow participants, to imprint into your body what safe connection feels like;
  • Leave you with a crew of ppl who feel like your people.

// what people are saying \\

"The Feels retreat was one of the most transformative, powerfully magical experiences of my life. Over the course of a weekend, through group and 1:1 encounters (as well as in solitary reflection), many new possibilities have opened up in how I approach intimate relationships of all kinds. This was an amazing initiation into Loving Awareness, and the work continues!"

"I learned so many new skills at the wkndr. I feel like I’m a different person, more efficacious in my romantic life."

"Feels Wkndr allowed me to explore the full spectrum of being human in a supportive environment. The extremes, the in-between states, and the all important transition periods we move through every day. The retreat itself feels like it became an important chapter in my story; relatively short sweet, and full of important character development. But the post-retreat processing marked a new chapter I didn’t expect. Honestly, one of the highest value parts of the whole experience itself."

"This event is hard to describe but I'll try. It’s a combination of group therapy, mindfulness, learning about various aspects of relationships (dating, love, attachment, patterns, consent), socializing with a group of real people who are prepared to be vulnerable and empathetic, and going on dates with some of the participants. Some of the activities after the lecture can bring up some difficult emotions. But you’re not alone -- everyone was empathetic, kind and nonjudgemental (at least, publicly). What can it do for you? This event will help you get out of your head and serve as a mental and emotional reset. It could find you a partner (unlikely) or friends. You will meet real people with interesting life stories and experiences who will be vulnerable. It will remind you to be playful and mindful. It will teach you something new about relationships and the various schools of thought."

“…[the wkndr 2025] it will probably go down as one of the most memorable weekends of my life.

Allie put together an amazing curriculum centered around dating/relationship with yourself, dating/your relationship with others, and your relationship with community.

I won't dive into specifics as I'd recommend going in as blind as you can plus not wanting to dive into others' stories here. But if you're single, want to exam your relationship with relationships and really dive deep with a supportive community all doing the same, it's totally worth it…”
