Healing happens in relationship: with ourselves, with each other, and with life.
Join us to explore the meeting place between authentic connection and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)*, also known as tapping.
We’ll begin with guided connection practices that invite us to slow down, become present, and notice what comes alive in relationship with one another. Through partner and group exercises, we’ll have an opportunity to allow common themes, emotions, and challenges to emerge naturally.
From there, I'll guide us through a group tapping session woven around what has emerged in the room. We'll use EFT to meet what's present with curiosity and compassion, soften emotional intensity, release stuck emotions, support nervous system regulation, and create space for something new.
Tapping offers a gentle way to meet what’s present with curiosity and compassion. Together, we’ll use it to help soften emotional intensity, unwind old patterns, and create space for greater clarity, connection, and new possibilities in our lives and relationships.
Whether EFT is completely new to you or something you’ve worked with before, I hope you’ll join us. No previous experience with tapping or Village Heart is needed.
Together, we’ll explore what can happen when we allow ourselves to be seen, be with what’s here, and experience the power of healing in community.

*EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a clinically proven methodology that clears energy blockages stored in your body caused by trauma or negative experiences. By literally tapping on meridian points (as used in acupuncture) in conjunction with affirmations, you will begin to release stored blockages, fears, old thought patterns, and limiting beliefs. This powerful technique can be applied to any physical or emotional issue in your life as a way of healing from the past and creating new and exciting possibilities in the present.
