• Any After Care and First Aid Kit
• Water Bottle/drinking container with lid
• Snack to share

• Rope for those who do not own their own
• Light instruction for those looking for it (Single column, double column, simple harness)
• Filtered Water
• Snacks provided by the host and other participants

Photos & Phones

Photos may be taken against a wall with only those who consent to having their photo taken. Besides this phone needs to be put away.

Clothing

Street clothes but feel free to come down to your underwear within the space.
