Unlocking Hashira: The Secrets to Vertical Pole Suspension with Lief & Icky

Have you always wanted to learn how to do Hashira? Have you dabbled with the concepts but wanted guidance on how to grow confidence in a new skill? Join Icky and Lief for a full day of hashira learning!

This class is geared towards folks at the beginning of their hashira journey, but already have suspension experience. In the class, we will go over the basics of how to set up a hashira hardpoint as well as teach classic shapes and concepts. We will start the morning with a demonstration of what makes hashira suspensions different from regular hardpoint suspensions. We will use photos as references to see the difference in these examples and explore a classic hashira shape.

In the afternoon, we will take the foundational concepts of hashira and apply them to less classic shapes. There will be time for the class to try out what they have learned with hands-on guidance from Lief and Icky along the way.

At the end of the day, you should have tools in your pocket to confidently step into your Hashira era!
