Voicefulness is an alchemical tool supporting self-intimacy, emotional opening, & essential expression. In this 2 hour workshop, participants are guided to radiate, resonate, & release emotional energy using primal voice.

This practice can support bodily expression & processing of individual & collective emotions which may not have been acknowledged or honored in the past.

Allowing others to hear what's alive within, & releasing stuck emotion creates new space for pleasure & joy to flow. The power of being witnessed in one's authentic & primal vocal expression can be a deeply moving & potent experience.

The session will contain EFT/Meridian Tapping, voicing with intention, & witnessing, followed by integration & shares.

Veela Jeweline is a Holistic Psychotherapist, combining somatic, cognitive, & energy psychology therapies for her clients' empowerment, healing, transformation, insight, & post-traumatic growth. She is also a Subtle Body & Energy Work Practitioner, Wisdomkeeper, Cultural Spellworker, & Doula of Souls.
