Start the day as a curious beginner and leave a whip evangelist! This all-day intensive combines our foundational and advanced whip curricula into one immersive experience, taking you from your very first crack all the way to crafting dynamic, memorable scenes. Blending lecture, demonstration, and guided hands-on practice, you'll learn a concept, watch it in action, and then put it into practice with real-time coaching and feedback throughout the day.

The morning bridges the gap between traditional impact play and single-tails with a holistic approach emphasizing safety, skill development, and practical technique. Through lecture, demonstration, and guided practice, we'll explore the taxonomy of whips, quirts, and dragon tails, along with throwing methods, body targeting, and essential safety considerations—all while debunking the misconceptions that make whip play seem intimidating. Then you'll pick up a whip yourself and drill the fundamentals with hands-on guidance.

The afternoon shifts from accuracy to artistry. Learn to seamlessly integrate whip play into your scenes while maintaining a deep connection with your partner: build trust through skillful negotiation, master the nuances of intensity control, vet play partners with confidence, and incorporate movement to expand your play possibilities. Guided practice sessions let you apply these advanced techniques and scene-building skills in real time, with individualized coaching as you go.

Along the way, we'll get practical about ownership—the basics of making and choosing crackers, what to look for when buying a whip, and how to maintain your tools for years of reliable play. Loaner whips will be available throughout the day so attendees can practice with partners during the guided portions.

Whether you throw, receive, or both, this intensive is great for tops, switches, and bottoms alike, regardless of experience level.

Whatever it is, we want it here. Bring it. Just be mindful that you might have to wait in line outside when you arrive and that you are welcome to arrive in regular clothes and then change into your kinky outfit once you get inside. There are lockers and bag racks to store your clothes and bags.

Inclusivity & Safety:

The entrance to the space is on the ground floor and is wheelchair-accessible, including lockers, social areas, play areas, and two accessible bathrooms. The basement of the venue can only be reached via stairs. There will be music playing throughout the night, and ear plugs are available for free at the front desk. There are colored lights in use throughout the venue, including rotating “party lights” for ambiance. We ask that you help us keep the space safer by not attending if you have symptoms of COVID-19, a cold, the flu, or another respiratory illness.
