WhipFit: Cardio, Flow & Flexibility with Midori [SF]

Your flogger isn't just for kinky play time. Turns out it's a surprisingly effective fitness tool.

WhipFit is a movement class using floggers as exercise equipment — an original fitness form developed by Midori. Fluid, elliptical movements build cardiovascular endurance, improve balance, increase flexibility, and develop body awareness and focus. Not a single person gets whacked. This is exercise, not impact play.

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothes you can move in. Expect dynamic movement, wear support if that's your preference.
  • A flogger or a pair. Many movements use one in each hand. New to this? Go lighter.
  • Want more resistance? Go heavier. Don't have one? Midori will have a limited number available to borrow.
  • Have more floggers? Bring them. Switching between different weights and styles is a great way to vary your workout.
  • A mat or blanket for stretching and grounding movements.
  • Want a harder workout? Add wrist weights or a heavier object.

No partner needed.

No experience necessary.

All fitness levels welcome.
