Witch: A Murder Mystery Play Party

A secluded New England village has become consumed by forbidden affairs and unexplained deaths.

Two bodies have already been discovered, and as the town gathers to uncover the truth, another victim falls. Rumors quickly lead to accusations, and whispers of witchcraft sit on everybody’s lips.

Paranoia engulfs the room as the townsfolk attempt to discover who… or what could be responsible for such heinous crimes.

Welcome to Witch, a Salem-inspired Murder Mystery Play Party.

Who will unmask the killer before the night ends?

🔍 Format: Guests will mix, mingle, and investigate over approximately 2 hours, uncovering clues, chasing rumors, and trying to pin down the killer among them. A narrator will guide the night with help from the evening’s hosts and guests. Expect wild theories, flirtatious distractions, and unexpected reveals.

🎭 Characters: Suspects and witnesses will be played by fellow Night Owls members who’ve volunteered to step into the drama. No script. No filter. Just pure Salem-style improvisation and intrigue.

🎉 Venue: We’re transforming a Manhattan venue into a Salem-inspired village filled with deception and supernatural suspicion. After the mystery unfolds, the night heats up, and the upstairs opens for play, cuddles, and late-night connection.

💃 Dress Code: The suspects and witnessed should dress puritanically to match their role and the time period. Party guests will be instructed to wear black if they think witchcraft is afoot or white if they don’t believe supernatural forces were at play.

⌚️ Timing: Doors open at 9 PM and close sharply at 10 PM. The consent speech and game intro will start shortly after. No late entry permitted — this murder mystery doesn’t do reruns.
