About your teacher: Bella (she/her) has been practicing yoga for 13 years across multiple countries. In 2026, she completed her 200hr YTT Certification. Her yoga practice has been focused on classic hatha and vinyasa with a focus on building mobility, strength and freedom of movement in bodies often tightened up by our sedentary lifestyle.
