Empowerment and Hope after Intimate Partner Violence group offers survivors of abuse or violence a welcoming space where they can nurture a sense of community, foster self-care and mutual support, and receive grounding self-care techniques. This group aims to galvanize survivors as advocates of self-empowerment, health, and healing.
