***This workshop is specially designed for masculine folks including humans of all genders who identify with the masculine experience.

Sex-Positive Los Angeles (SPLA) invites you to join somatic coach Court Vox for a workshop to guide masculine folks into feeling more in touch with their bodies and how to use the 5 senses to connect more with one-self and in turn, share blissful experiences with intimate partners. There will be embodiment exercises involving Energetic Exchange and Power Exchange. All exercises are optional.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

11 - 11:30a - Introductions & Agreements

11:30a - 12p - Anatomy of Arousal - Discussion around what gets you aroused. Topics of discussion will include types of touch/sensation, language, narrative/fantasy, action/movement, energy, creating a mood, sensuality, ritual/ceremony,  kink/roleplay and power dynamics.

12 - 12:30p - 3 Somatic Demo Exercises

12:30 - 1p - Processing/Questions

1p - 1:30p - Social Time
