Taisiya (pronounced Ta-‘ee-see-ya) is an Open Floor conscious dance teacher who loves using music as a powerful catalyst for movement and self-discovery. She finds that the combination of music and dance can guide people deeply into their personal journey in a way that is both simple and accessible, and that movement has a potential for tapping into body wisdom. She is excited to share her passion for music and create a vibrant dance experience as a DJ for Ecstatic Dance San Jose.

Ecstatic Dance is a two hour healing journey with a live DJ in a non judgmental, safe, heart-centered space. There are no steps to learn, just let the music move you. Dance alone or with others. No booze, no talking on the dance floor. We finish with a closing community circle.
