Parking: free Sunday street parking. or enter 801 E Kensington in your maps. Across the way from this address are stairs that lead straight down to Echo Park Boxing - turn left). Park anywhere near that address.

Entrance: black side-gate (to the right of the locked front door)

Details: Inspired by yoga & other movement modalities, this class aims to support our body to increase flexibility & balance, prevent injuries, and decrease stress. No yoga mat needed. Barefoot or bring socks. Wear clothes you can move/stretch in.
