Clothing-optional gentle Pilates for all mobilities

The Pilates mat class creates a space formindful movement and body positivity. Breath guides exploration of our own personal anatomies, alignment, and awareness. Focus is on your own sensations over forming certain shapes and modifications are offered for different mobilities and experience levels.

Please arrive 15 minutes before classtime. Doors close on the hour to avoid disruption.

About the Instructor:

Goddess Sirène is a Somatic Artist and Kink Professional. After a near death experience in the early 2020s, she left a white collar career to embrace life as a born-again slut. Explorations have led her on undertakings from training as a Wilderness First Responder to joining Sanctuary Studios LAX as a Professional Switch. Personalized Fitness FemDom experiences can be booked seperately. Sirène is currently a student teacher of Pilates.
