Rope Bottom Class

Topic: Body prep, joint safety, and exercises for sustainable rope bottoming

Cost: FREE

3rd Saturday of each month

Today we are focusing on MOVEMENT. Dress to move about.

Welcome to this Rope Bottom workshop. a space dedicated to exploring what it means to receive rope with awareness, strength, and care. This session is designed for rope bottoms of all experience levels who want to deepen their understanding of body preparation, joint safety, and sustainable practice. Whether you are new to rope or have years of experience, this workshop invites you to slow down and reconnect with your body as an active partner in the experience of rope.

Together, we’ll explore practical tools for strengthening, stabilizing, and warming up the body so that rope can be not only expressive, but also grounded and supported by healthy physical awareness. The focus here is on building resilience, improving communication with your own body, and creating conditions for safer, more intentional rope experiences. We are going to work together to figure out what works for you.

You are encouraged to move at your own pace, listen closely to your body, and take only what feels useful for your personal practice.

Bottoms and tops are welcome to attend.

If a top chooses to attend we ask that they put their listening ears on and work to not dominate the conversations.

Workshop Outline

We will be going over the mental work that should be done while exploring this kink. The mental impact for both bottom and top. Discussions of how to explore this with your partner. Plus you can ask those burning questions and have them answered.

These sessions are more about exploring the why someone would want to explore this type of kink. Without that level of understanding you can potentially create severe emotional trauma for both a top and bottom.
