Flogging 101 & Flog Lab w/ Ava Merciless of Bar Sinister

Flogging is the act of using a toy, a flogger, to create a menagerie of senses for yourself or a partner.

Join one of Bar Sinister's House Dommes, Ava Merciless, as she teaches you to use your flogger to create sensuous scenes.

Flogging while often thought of as a tool of impact and masochism, is a great tool to create a sense of relaxation. Flogging is a great way to break down energetic barriers, connect, and overall feels amazing!

In this class we will explore the fundamentals of impact within sensation play, specifically when using a multi-tailed whip known as a flogger. We will cover different sensations one can achieve with a flogger, as well as the importance of grip, positioning and aim, rhythm and of course, safety.

Flog Lab!

At the end of the class, you will be placed in groups of 3 to practice flogging & exchange feedback. Instructors will be walking around to help as well.

This portion is optional. You do not have to have a flogger to attend, we will have some you can borrow.

Ava Merciless is a long time member of the Los Angeles BDSM community and has been working as a Pro Domme for 4 years and has presented for DomCon prior.
