Sunday Sound Bath at the Dungeon

When was the last time you felt totally calm, clear, and rested?

Crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments help slow the brainwaves and raise the frequency of the body's energetic fields. If you struggle with relaxation or regular meditation, need to release stress, or are facing the burnout that is so pervasive, this sound bath is a rejuvenating reprieve.

And yes, this is the only sound bath taking place in a dungeon in the world.

So if you have always been curious to check out this kind of space, join us in this low-key healing setting. Whether you’re a dungeon regular or coming into the space for the first time, this sound bath is a way to rest, relax, and rejuvenate in a beloved community setting.

This inclusive community sound bath is for queer, trans, and anyone else who needs to reset or recharge. Plan to be transported elsewhere. It’s even common to fall asleep – the technical term for a sound bath is "a fancy nap.”

SCHEDULE:

Doors open at 6:00pm and we begin promptly at 6:30pm. Please arrive early in order to set up your space and settle in. Latecomers will NOT be admitted after 6:30pm, as we cannot accommodate late arrivals once the event has started.

BRING:

• Bring something comfortable to lie on, cushy blanket, pillow, eye covering, a water bottle, and any crystals or power objects to charge. Pull an oracle card for extra focus!
