For one spectacular night, we're transforming the venue into a Three Ring Circus… a strange and sexy world filled with performances, kinky attractions, curious oddities, interactive experiences, dancing, vendors, and plenty of opportunities to play.

This isn't a circus where you sit quietly in the audience.

Your Ringleader for the evening, keeping the show moving, introducing our performers, and guiding you through the wonderfully weird world of the Three Ring Circus!

Dixie De La Tour is a legendary figure in the Bay Area sex-positive arts scene... part storyteller, part ringmaster, and fully devoted to celebrating raw, real, and often hilarious human experiences around sex, relationships, and identity.

She's the creator and longtime host of Bawdy Storytelling (which just celebrated 20 years!!), one of the most iconic live storytelling shows centered on sex and intimacy. It started in San Francisco and has toured internationally. Known for her ability to make strangers feel like co-conspirators in something deliciously intimate, Dixie brings a bold, playful, and deeply human energy to everything she touches. Expect to feel seen, turned on (in more ways than one), and maybe even inspired to share a little more of yourself.

Lucy Jiggles is a professional circus and burlesque artist and brings a raw and passionate enthusiasm to the stage with a unique collection of erotic circus acts that put the “harm” in “charming.” She works full time as a comedy circus performer and does tricks on the street for money in San Francisco.

Every circus needs its curiosities, oddities, games, and wonderfully strange attractions… and this is where you come in.

Got a fun circus-themed idea you want to bring to life? A game? A kinky twist on a classic circus attraction? A weird little skill? An interactive experience? Something strange, silly, creative, or completely unexpected?

Bring your idea, run your attraction for 1½ hours, and then you're off the clock to enjoy the rest of the party!

Don’t forget to stop by our circus-themed photo booth and capture a little evidence of your night under the Big Top! Grab your friends, strike a pose, and make some delightfully wicked memories. 🎪✨ Pictures only allowed in this area.

DRESS CODE

Step right up and dress like you belong under the big top! Circus-inspired attire, fetishwear, lingerie, and creative costumes are all encouraged.

Think ringmasters, clowns, aerialists, acrobats, strongpeople, showgirls, fortune tellers, magicians, sideshow oddities, circus creatures, burlesque beauties, vintage circus glamour, and wonderfully weird creations.

🎪 Not a costume person? No problem! Fetishwear, lingerie, or something that makes you feel fabulous and ready to play fits right in.

SNACKS AND BYOB

We do not sell nor serve alcohol. You are welcome to BYOB. Please drop off your bottles at the bar where a designated person will label and bottle-sit your bottles. When you want a drink, head back to your stored bottle, you must pour your own drinks (as per regulations), and return the bottle. Ice and a few mixers will be available, feel free to bring more. Kindly consume alcohol in a responsible manner and remember to bring your beverages with you when departing for the evening. In general we want to make sure that everyone is present and able to give consent - please stay in your body and be able to function at all times. We will supply a few snacks and highly encourage you to bring a snack to add to the snack table. After so much play we will want some snacks!

We will be using the PAL SYSTEM - Please do not buy a ticket unless you have confirmed a PAL.

PAL SYSTEM: To help keep this event safe and consensual, we are adapting the PAL System. To attend, you MUST arrive & leave with a responsible partner, your “PAL” for the night. There's no need to be a couple, but you are both responsible for each other during the party. You can have more than one PAL? Yes! Come as a group! VOLUNTEERING:

Volunteering is a great way to meet people, and feel involved in the community, plus you get in for free! Secure your volunteer ticket now!

Decoration Team

Join the Decoration Team the day before the party to transform the space and bring the theme to life. Come hang decorations, set the scene, and help us turn the venue into something spectacular.

Pre-Event Setup

Help set up the safe sex supplies, sheets, decorations, and bar for the party.

Door

Uses the computer to check in guests as they arrive. Collects money from people paying for their ticket at the door or purchasing a covid test. Must have some experience.

Charter

Explains the rules of the party. Asks guests if they have been to Beyond the Rainbow Events or Mission Control before. Everyone has read the charter out loud. This job requires someone familiar with play parties.

Bottle Check

Hang out behind the bar, keep track of people’s drinks by labeling them, offer cups, ice and mixers. Also keeps the party safe by suggesting to people to stop drinking when they are overly tipsy, and do not serve drunks.

Cleanup

Cleans up sheets, toys, empties trash, cleans up messes, takes down the bar, moves furniture back to the proper place. You get to enjoy the whole party, and it usually only takes 1/2-1 hour to take it all down!

ABOUT YOUR HOSTS

Amande (she/her) (pronounced “ah-MAHND,” she/her)

She is a Bay Area community organizer, sex-positive community member, and a co-founder of AfterDark. With 15 years of experience producing gatherings and keeping events running behind the scenes, she loves creating spaces where people feel welcomed and connected. She also brings that experience to her work with the Bonobo Network and Mission Control. For Bonobo, she serves as Member Services Lead, supporting members. For the annual Bonobo retreat, she serves as Volunteer Manager and wears a few other hats. At Mission Control, she is a House Manager and host of Pink. Amande believes thoughtful community building and a little playful mischief belong together.

eleana/subtlety (she/they)

She is a queer kinkster with an affinity for the curious, kinky, and delicious! She has been active in the kink, sex-positive, and burner communities for over a decade as an organizer, producer, educator, and performance artist. She wears a lot of hats, has too many hobbies, and helps organizations produce events behind the scenes up and down the west coast. She’s a cat person— but will pet your dog!

JessJess (she/her) So Nice You Say it Twice!

She has been organizing and hosting a variety of events in the Bay Area for close to a decade. She has a strong belief in the power of connection, she thrives on fostering engagement, encouraging dialogue, and creating a welcoming inclusive atmosphere that brings people together. She runs Beyond the Rainbow Events! Beyond that role she is Bonobo Network’s Community Manager, one of the largest sex + communities rooted in real-world and virtual events where people learn together – and from one another. You can also find her as a regular host, house manager and board member at Mission Control hosting events such as Peek, Threshold, SnuggleSpells and Pink. These are just some of the communities JessJess works with, she is committed to creating spaces where everyone can feel valued, respected, and appreciated.
